Dear Carole,
Irene and I wanted to drop you a line to first say hello and hope you and your family are enjoying good health in the year of "The Snow". We are currently busy with family, especially grandchildren. We have traveled from Europe 2 the east coast and the northwest to keep up with them but the enjoyment has been worth it.

Quite by accident we found your office and Carole Madrid. Soon thereafter we found ourselves looking at houses with Carole and ultimately making a bid on 938 Jennifer. As I write we are doing all the pre-closing items.
I wanted you to know how pleased we are with Carole. She has been professional, responsive, caring, and thorough. It seems to me that realtors, like attorneys and car sales folks, tend to get bad raps (sometimes deserved). Carole is an example of what is best in the profession.
She has been as helpful before we made the bid as she has after the sale. To me this represents true integrity. In addition, we are not unmindful that we have purchased at the lower end of the market; you can't tell from Carole whether we purchased a $300,000 or $30,000,000 house.

We rarely take the time to congratulate individuals for a job well done. Carole Madrid made my recent home purchase on Woodridge Way in Incline the most seamless experience buying a home I have had to date. Working with your agent, Carole, I found her to be a quick study of my individual needs and preferences, possess a vast knowledge of the area's residential real estate as well as having a solid working relationship with other local real estate agents. In my case and to Carole's credit ,she found common ground to work together diligently with a different RE company agent to the benefit of both the buyer and seller. The entire transaction took 21 days from the moment Carole showed me the property till I had the keys in my hand. Carole left no details undone during the time it took to close escrow, providing me with all the time I needed to sign, seal and deliver any documentation required by the sellers and title company. Additionally, she provided me with names of competent and reliable individuals to who repaired the issues that arose out of the home inspections as well as idea's I had to personalize the house to my taste.
